I don't live in Saudi Arabia. How do I get my hands on the bags?: At present, we do not offer international shipping. Keep up to date with any changes by joining our newsletter, and be the first to know when we'll finally make the leap internationally.
You have just placed an order. When can I expect delivery?: Providing the right order fulfillment time is important to us, so from the moment you click “Saudi beanbags” in your search engine and place an order, we aim to deliver within a maximum of 3 days. If you are in Jeddah or Mecca, we deliver within 24 hours only! For all other Saudi Arabia cities, you should expect a delivery time of 2-3 business days
Can I pay on delivery?: Yes! We work tirelessly to provide as many options as possible to our customers, which means cash on delivery is available in all Saudi cities
Can I print a photo or logo on the chair?: not yet. Currently, this feature is only available for businesses, however, we recommend that you stay updated with Andy Beanbag, so you will be notified if this feature is rolled out to individuals
Do you have a store or can we visit your warehouse?: In short, no! We are an online retailer, which is why we are able to offer such competitive prices; We save on brick and mortar fees, which means we can pass the savings on to our customers. However, if you live within the Jeddah/Mecca area, please feel free to contact us and we will be able to fill a bag of beans for you in advance for pickup.

What size is best for me?: In short, the bigger the better! Our beanbags range from small to large, depending on user preference, space and budget, with the 'small' size being suitable for younger children. Our most popular size is the Medium, which is why we've designed two Medium Round Beanbag models. If you're still unsure, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our friendly advisors, who will be more than happy to make individual recommendations.
What is the difference between the two medium-sized bean bag models?: The only difference is the dimensions. One model measures 87cm round x 65cm high, unlike the other model, which is slightly wider at 90cm round, but smaller in height at 58cm. Since the first option is higher, it is easier to sit and stand again, while the second model is considered a floor seat. Both are great options, depending on your personal needs and preferences.
